Hearing & Balance: Tumors of the inner ear are not common. The most common tumor of the ear would be an acoustic neuroma which is benign and not cancer. Most present with hearing loss — usually gradual but can be sudden. Tinnitus (abnormal sound in the ear) is possible as well. Check out this link: Unfortunately, there's no cure for tinnitus. However, fortunately it's not a fatal condition. Consider seeing an ENT specialist esp. If it's accompanied by hearing loss, dizziness, headache, passing out etc. Perhaps exposure to loud or soft. Constant noise at your workplace or noise may have contributed to your condition. Vasotec (enalapril) problmes: You should call your physician (p) to discuss your problem. Your p had a reason to change your medication and if you have problems with vasotec (enalapril) (v) to let the p know.
