Most commonly: These would be little patches of inflammation/irritation, but without being itchy it is less likely to be an allergic or inflammatory reaction. Perhaps they are petechiae which can result when tiny blood vessels called capillaries burst under the skin. They can be caused by injury/trauma. OK to watch for a few days. Could be rosacea: If they are not going away and look like pimples this could be rosacea, a chronic skin condition that appears like red spots or bumps. Yeast vs Bacteria: Often the red spots/bumps/rash under the breasts is due to excessive moisture accumulation and a resulting infection with either yeast (candida albicans) or bacteria (like staph or strep). Your doctor can easily help you with this. For now, try some ketoconazole 1% otc cream for the yeast and a benzoyl peroxide wash for the bacteria.
