What Causes Pain Under Left Armpit
What causes pain under left armpit and upper ribs just below. The pain comes and goes. Also radiates to my hand. I don't think its cardiac as I've had many tests on my heart.

Depends what the: Cause is. For example any issues involving spraining or pulled muscles involving the pectoral or teres muscles, or brachial nerve can potentially cause pain under the armpit. Armpit pain. 1st it was just the left & now it has started in the right. No lumps & it feels bruised to the touch? Comes & goes randomly.

Multiple, including:: A Shoulder; A Neck or Upper T. Spine, skin or deeper tissues causes: from any nerve, bone, lung, lining of chest cavity. Some skin causes would include an Infection of sweat glands, or around the hair there. If its occurring randomly, take some Aleve or Tylenol (acetaminophen) for a week or so. I've had left side abdomen pain for 2-3 months with pain in the left side lumbar of my back & now right armpit pain, no lumps or bumps?
R/O KIDNEY STONE: L Abdominal&Flank pain with those symptoms is Concerning for kidney stone /bladder stone or kidney infection. You need a full exam labs urine C&S. 24 urine for stone analysis kidney ultrasound or CT. And usually empiric antibiotic therapy pending the results. Make sure to strain your urine and try to capture any debris, it may be a kidney stone. Push fluids water/cranberry juice.
