Testicle Swelling: Testicle discomfort usually comes from inflammation. This is called epididymitis or orchitis. If fever is present, then infection is more likely (see md). If swelling increases, a scrotal us is mandatory. If not, increase water intake, reduce caffeine, begin nsaids (aleve) with food twice a day for two weeks. Hot soaks in a tub helps. Possibilities..: If the pain is very mild it could the start of an infection, fluid accumulation, possible unnoticed trauma.
