Go see your doctor: Not to be rude but how do you know it's your spleen (area)? Best to have your family doc check it out. Low lying pneumonia can sit on diaphragm & irritate abdomen. Mononucleosis can cause spleen to enlarge. Trauma can cause spleen to rupture. Colon or large bowel bends in area of spleen (splenic flexure).
