Possible: I believe you are referring to epidural anesthesia as spinal tap. Whether it is the cause of your back pain is hard to tell. It depends on how difficult/traumatic it was and what structures were affected. I tend to believe that pregnancy itself causes more stress on the back than a correctly placed epidural. ...Read more
