Occasional lower back ache. My butt feels like it cramps. Both legs get cramp like pain on and off in calves and feet.Occasional numbness. Causes?

Recommend evaluation: Symptoms may suggest lumbar spine or neuromuscular pathology caused by vitamin deficiencies or hormone and electrolyte imbalances. Questions regarding other sxs should be addressed. You could schedule a consult or see your PCP.
