You need to be seen by a urologist to further investigate the bleeding source from your lower urinary tract (i.e. Bladder or prostate origin). I would not wait. Probably not, but...: If your stinging only occurs occasionally, you're not sexually active, or taking spice foods, that is ok as long as having a normal ua.
