See doc now: If the enlargement of your testicle is new and has not been examined by a doctor, it needs to be examined right away. There are benign reasons for masses in the scrotum, but testicular cancer is always a concern. Go get it examined now. ...Read more

Not abnormal: There is actually an interesting anatomical reason for this. Right gonadal vein empties directly into vena cava. Left empties into renal vein with slightly higher pressure. Thus the above findings you noted can be seen in some men with no abnormal findings. ...Read more

Spermatocele: Spermatocele is an abnormal retention cyst or collection of fluid at the epididymis (the "cap" on the back of the testis) or rete testis and depending on the size could cause your left testis to hang "differently" than the right.
