I am a healthy and fit 48 yof with arm numbness while I sleep. If I sleep on right side my left arm will go numb and visa versa. Should I worry?

In any case if this is not happening all the time particularly while awake, it is most likely some benign process. U*nlikely: If ganglions occur within the carpal canal it can cause you to develop carpal tunnel syndrome, numbness in the thumb and fingers supplied by the median nerve. But not the arms.
