Other causes are exposure to warm, dry air for prolonged periods of time, nasal/sinus infections, allergic rhinitis, nasal foreign body (object stuck in nose), vigorous nose blowing, nasal surgery, deviated/perforated nasal septum, and cocaine use. I puzzle why you: Have serious issues but ask here first for a conclusion. Nose bleeds can be nothing but nose picking trauma, to low platelet counts, to high blood pressure. Headaches can be noting to high blood pressure. The two together could mean a blood forming element disorder.
