Heart: I assume when you say "murmur" you really mean palpitation .., or the sensation if your heart beating . (you can't feel a murmur) . Yes hormonal cycle and menopause can trigger pslpitations. ...Read more

I just finished my period 5 days ago..But since yesterday im having nausea...Only in the morning? Why? Should i doubt got any hormonal problem

Evaluation: Your symptoms seem quite severe. I recommend scheduling a visit to discuss this. Anxiety and depression should be considered as possibilities.
