Lots possible here: Vomiting reflex is controlled by 2 units in brain medulla--one receives nerve impulses from GI tract, the other is a chemical receptor. Both have nerve connections to not only GI tract (pharynx, mesenteric vessels, bile ducts) but also from brain corticobulbar areas that mediate smells, sights, & taste. Night sweats...: ...can be due to infection (with fever breaking during the night). Also by endocrine problems, such as overactive thyroid. Several other possibilities as well, and any of these could cause malaise (generally feeling poorly) or nausea. This is something to see a doctor about, soon. AMm nausea. Bleching: Could be from reflux (GERD), constipation, or ovarian pathology as well. Consider OTC ranitidine for reflux and see if helps. For constipation try high fiber 1 cup oats, brown rice (not white), barley, lentils a day and avocados, strawberries, kale, sweet potatoes. And plenty of fluid 2-3 liters of water/ gatorade/ juices a day (only 1/2 of it water so as not to dilute sodium., ...Read more

The first 1-3 months may cause nausea, but it typically gets better. If still present in 3 months, ask your doctor about changing pills. Unusual to gag: You are otherwise healthy female 26 years old. You have daily gagging and nausea. It is unusual. Most common would be pregnancy or acute viral illness or allergy. Would repeat pregnancy test. If negative you can try allergy medicine like Claritin or benadryl (diphenhydramine). Try for a week. If you choose Benadryl (diphenhydramine) then no driving or heavy machinery. ...Read more
