When i sneeze i feel like thousands of pins and needles through out my chest and into my upper arm its not a regular thing but it is very painful when it happens

Costochondritis: You have inflammation in the chest that hurts to sneeze or cough or breathe. As long as it is not a squeezing type of pain or associated with exertion you should be ok.
