Negative mri, negative emg..... Can severely tight muscles cause numbness from the neck down to the hand?
Can tight muscles or muscle spasms in neck, shoulder or upper back cause pain down arms or tingly numb feeling arms?
Possibly: Anatomically the arms receive their control of sensation from the neck. Nerves that are irritated at the level of the neck often only result in pain traveling into one arm and not both. Given your age, it would be unlikely that there is significant degeneration to cause symptoms in both arms. Discuss with your pcp. ...Read more

If my neck muscles hurt because of wrong bra (tight) could it effect my nerves (very slight numbness in hands)?
Not really: It would be difficult for an undergarment to cause numbness in the hands. Hand symptoms can arise from changes in the neck, but normally much closer to the center, than where the straps would be. Hand numbness could be caused by something else, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, for example. Get clothes that fit and fit comfortably. That is always good advice. ...Read more
It feels like my muscles on my head get really tight n i get a numbness also i've had CT scan and all was ok what other possibilities could there be?
Hard to say: Given numbness, it sounds neurological in nature. However, it's hard to be more specific with these symptoms alone and a negative ct scan of the head doesn't exclude very much. My advice would be to continue to follow up with your doctor until you get a diagnosis. If there is trouble getting to the bottom of the issue, see a good neurologist. I hope this helps some. ...Read more

Out of cast after 4 weeks(long arm) muscles in forearm tight n painful n numbness in thumb normal post cast? I had epychondolitis n torn tendon
Can be expected --: Stiffness from being in a cast for 4 weeks. Numbness maybe from cast being too tight or the cotton padding may have bunched up causing a local neuritis, which should clear up in 2-3 weeks time. As you exercise the tight muscles should loosen up and get stronger, reducing the stiffness as well. Massage/stretching exercises would help the epicondylitis. The doc should advise re: the torn tendon! ...Read more
