I have two lumps on my lower legs, close to my ankles, they are in the same spot but on different legs. They don't hurt, and it goes away when I flex.

Depends: Emg does not tell you if the nerves are narrow or not, only if the muscles they supply are damaged. Ncs can tell you if the nerves are damaged, but not narrow.
