Not much: We use LDL and HDL chol #s to understand a person's risk for heart disease. If u have a very low LDL level (bad chol) and very low HDL (good chol) your risk for heart disease will be similar to people with normal levels of LDL and HDL. I am not the healthiest eater at all. I always eat fast food and takeout. I went to doctor for tests and i had unusually low cholesterol levels. Could it be from the fast food?
