Lots of things: Many things can do this. If both limbs on the same side are burning, you could have had a stroke, or less likely a spinal cord problem. If all 4 limbs are involved, then the possibilities are actually quite more numerous but also include brain stem stroke & spinal cord disorders. Severl possibilities: IF you can give us more information. In brief though muscles can go into spasm and feel tight. Causes of this are repetitive stress injury, tendonitis, radiculopathy, vitamin deficiency to name a few. A few: Hi. Sorry to hear that you have been having pain. Indentations in the muscle that can be seen on the skin are usually contracture, detachment, or spasm related. All of those can be painful. Don't know: I have never heard of burning in forearm veins unless something has been injected into them. Assuming you are not doing that (and maybe especially if you are) then you should see a clinician to find the cause of this and the leg cramps. Probably need blood tests as well.
