There may be a relationship. The increased activity may be straining your heart---heart burn can be mistaken for heart pain called angina. The weight gain may be fluid retention because of strain on your heart, which also causes fatigue.
Or it could be several unrelated conditions. You need to call your doctor for a check up ---and do it soon. ...Read more

A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period, or after having a "weird" period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. ...Read more

Diarrhea vomiting indigestion and fatigue after painting boxes with spray paint and 4 hours with boxes in my car. Do not feel well Can't think clear-?
Due to paint....did you spray in an "enclosed" area. Once dried the pain may "smell" but it cannot itself make you ill! If you sprayed in an enclosed area this was NOT a "good idea" and you could have a temporary reaction (Nausea etc) INDIGESTION and FATIGUE are NOT due to the painting job!
Hope this helps!
