Sedentary lifestyle?: If your doctor has ruled out the many causes of joint pain; including a thorough workup for autoimmune, rheumatologic including Osteoarthritis, Fibromylalgia infectious disesase causes like Lyme, Dengue fever to name a few; metabolic causes Vitamin D deficiency, Cancer etc... which I assume they have.
