I have a normal lymphocyte percentage (36.6%); but, a lymph # of 3.2, which was marked as high? What can cause this? Should i be concerned?

How far off?: And how do you feel? Reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside the reference range. Ignore percentages on lymphocytes and neutrophils and only note the absolute values, and then only if they are far, far from reference range or there are abnormal forms.
