I have pain in the top of my foot pain is worse after I sit and then stand up. I was wondering if being flat footed can cause this?
Possibly: Flat feet can cause a lot of foot and ankle pains. However, if you have swelling along the top of your foot, you may have a stress fracture, especially if the pain is gets worse the longer you are on your foot.
