Various causes of: such type of acute cramping. May be due to electrolyte deficiencies/imbalance. Eg. not enough potassium. Some blood pressure meds can cause decrease in potassium. See your PCP. Also dehydration can cause this as well, & over use of certain muscle groups (like your wrist flexors can cause this).
