Today I was sitting down and I felt a strong electric shock sensation on my arm, near the clavicula. The pain it caused made me scream. Causes?

May be pinched nerve: Two strong possibilities: 1) pinched nerve of the the low back 2) hip osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis of the hip is a result of wear & tear. This can be diagnosed by x-ray.
