Hip joint of 1 leg painful n inflamed after riding bike. Electric shock sensation down leg when doing certain yoga poses. Why? Will celebrex (celecoxib) help?

May be pinched nerve: Two strong possibilities: 1) pinched nerve of the the low back 2) hip osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis of the hip is a result of wear & tear. This can be diagnosed by x-ray. Celebrex (celecoxib) is an anti-inflammatory med & could help. The electric shock sensation could be a radiculopathy, aka "pinched nerve" in, or "sciatica."
