Many things: These symptoms may indicate a problem with how the stomach empties and can occur for many reasons. Abdominal ultrasound would not even visualize the stomach. Chest ct may image a portion of the stomach, but would easily miss both anatomic and functional stomach pathology. Mild delay: Just by reviewing the results, the gastric emptying at 4 hrs show mild delay in emptying. Grading for severity of delayed gastric emptying based on 4 hour value in normal results: Grade 1 (mild): 11-20% retention at 4 hours Grade 2 (moderate): 21-35% retention Grade 3 (severe): 36-50% retention Grade 4 (very severe): >50% retention This is just based on results and no other clinical knowledge. ...Read more

Very very rare at 22: At 22, colon cancer is so rare it should be the least of your concerns. Even if you were 50 early satiety is not the usual presentation, rectal bleeding or pain is. It is probably something else! ...Read more
