You need to...: ... keep gong back and working with your doctor until you have an answer. The most worrisome thing is that you have multiple symptoms that are localized to the same area: the left side of your head. In my opinion, MR imaging should be done. Occasionally the rupture is preceded by 1-2 weeks of increasingly severe headache as the aneurysm expands prior to rupture.
