Dizzy: Could be related to hormone changes if you havent had a cold recently. Other possibilities are vestibular migraines ( balance migraines) that occur around menstruation: dehydration, or benign positional vertigo. Hydrate,no alcohol and if bad OTC is antivert (meclizine) which helps but will make you tired. ...Read more
