The Mirena (levonorgestrel) should be working better so best that your OB/GYN rules out contraindications and makes sure your symptoms are better controlled. 5 weeks: At five weeks the pregnancy is so small it is not even visible on ultrasound and the uterus has not grown much beyond its normal non pregnant size. Back pain is not likely to be related to the pregnancy at this point. A retroflexed uterus is not an issue once someone is pregnant because the pregnancy basically straightens it out as it grows.
