Not likely: Vertebral dissection is rare, even with spondylosis. Most from significant injury-car crash, whiplash, etc. Some totally spontaneous, w no injury. Yoga, sleep position unlikely to cause this-if it happened it's probably a spontaneous event not caused by Yoga.
