Not likely: Vertebral dissection is rare, even with spondylosis. Most from significant injury-car crash, whiplash, etc. Some totally spontaneous, w no injury. Yoga, sleep position unlikely to cause this-if it happened it's probably a spontaneous event not caused by Yoga. In any event risk is so low that most would advise to do Yoga if you enjoy it and feel it's good for you. Certainly driving car bigger risk. ...Read more
