See orthopedist: Extremity nerve compression problems, tendinits or knee problems could cause your symptoms. More likley the burning down the leg could be from sciatica. Sciatica is due to low back issues such as arthritis or disc herniation compressing the sciatic nerve/branches. Inflammation: Assuming we are talking about your stomach and not your abdomen. Gastritis, stomach ulcers, hunger pangs, reflux. I would first try a liquid antacid 2 tablespoons (30ml); either maalox or mylanta. Not sure.: What your are describing is a very vague symptom. Veins rarely cause burning and you don't state if it is one vein or many veins or their location. Pinched nerve?: Usually that type of feeling is coming from the nerves being pinched or pushed on somehow. The skin neves run along the top of the thigh, so make sure you are not wearing tight pants. Foot Pain Urinating: I assume that the position you are in while urinating is stressing the low back (check there first) or the pressure in the back of the thighs is irritating the sciatic nerve.
