No urinary sensation: Loss of sensation of need to urinate suggests a neurologic deficit. This, combined with back pain could indicate low spine problems - from a pinched nerve to slipped disk to an abscess in the area putting compression on nerve roots. Any loss of neurologic function like this needs investigation. Doc needs to do good exam to see if any other neurologic deficits, and then may need MRI or CT of area. ...Read more

Not likely, but:: The amount of pus cells (wbc) and rbc are normal for a voided urine. Almost all patients with a urinary tract infection will show a large number of WBC in a spun sample. So your result suggests something other than a urinary tract infection is causing fever.
