Everything is connected: There are fascial connections between the head all the way down the spine to the sacrum. Then there's further attachments between the sacrum to the legs. I've been having lower back pain that when i bend down sometimes is hard to stand up. What can I do to calm my pain?

Two problems : First is difficulty getting straight after bending down. Second is pain. This can be troublesome. Back pain with sitting can be due to a number of things, one being a disc herniation. Interesting .: It will be important to know your size, abdominal waist line. Seems something is causing pressure when you are in sitting position, when you stand up that pressure is relieved.
