Need more details: Many times, the minor symptoms after trauma appear a few days after the accident. But it really depends on what happened. In minor trauma, t may be muscular aches and pains which tend to show up a day or two later. If the accident was more severe, like a car crash, back pain can be a sign of internal injuries. In this case, you should see your doctor soon to have it checked. ...Read more

It varies: In my experience, for two reasons. First, a spinal deformity can cause a muscular pain as the muscles try to hold the spine in a good position but battle a mechanical disadvantage. Second, the spine is loaded in an asymmetric fashion leading to early failure fo the discs leading to premature degeneration, herniations, and arthritis, all of which can certainly cause pain. Could you tell me what is the most effective pain relief for back ache caused by curved spine or worn discs?
RFA, PT, NSAIDs: Curved spine (scoliosis) and "worn discs" are extremely common in people that have no pain at all, so both of those things aren't necessarily the causes of pain. Both though, can cause pain by putting pressure on the joints in the back. A thorough evaluation by a spine specialist should be able to tell you what is causing the pain (the joints, the discs, the muscles/ligaments, etc). ...Read more
What could cause throatic middle right back ache? Doesnt hurt when i sleep or when i first get up. Its usually after couple hours. I have lost 60 lbs
I have worn discs in the lower spine and always have lower back ache and strain; what causes the?
Most commonly: These things together in a younger person is a mix between a weak core, carrying extra weight and poor posture. I am assuming since you say you have worn discs, you have already had imaging? If not, consider x ray and/or MRI to illustrate any back issues. Also consider pt as a long term solution. Best of luck and i hope this helps. ...Read more
