Unlikely: It's very unlikely for "tilted" cervix to cause sexual difficulties (you didn't mention what kind) since most are not aware of their cervix position & do just fine. I Don't agree: Unless there is a significant congenital abnormality in your cervix, it is doubtful that a "tilted cervix" would cause problems with a vaginal delivery tho I need a more exact description. The uterus is not going to tilt overnight. It probably was like that the previous years also, but it was not mentioned.
