I recently rolled the outside of my right foot, there is a lump on the top of the 5th metatarsal, is this just swelling from rolling my foot?

Don't mess with it.: If you are running painlessly with a dime size lump on your foot, I see no reason to have someone fool with it. The lump will do one of three things.
