Don't mess with it.: If you are running painlessly with a dime size lump on your foot, I see no reason to have someone fool with it. The lump will do one of three things. Go away, stay the same or enlarge. Two out of three ain't bad. Leave it alone unless the nature of the lump changes radically. ...Read more

Achilles Nodule: I would recc you see your pcp for podiatrist asap... You have a painful nodule on your achilles tendon. It would bode well to be immobilized for a while and acquire an MRI of the area to determine the extent of the nodule and any underlying involvement. Sometimes, the nodular area will resolve.
