Have IIH. Day 2 of Taking 25MG Topiramate, IIH symptoms much worse since day 1. Should I stop use? Or is this "My body getting used to the medicine"?
Talk to your Doctor: It is unlikely that the Topamax is to blame DIRECTLY for worsening headaches since it generally used as a very good prophylactic agent in treating chronic migraines, however, there could be drug to drug interactions going on with other meds you're taking or your condition itself just spontaneously got worse coincidentally....maybe you just had a "bad day" with your IIH?
