Brain Fog is a combo: of feeling sluggish and forgetful. Common in PMS and blood loss during period. Keep track of periods, mood, thinking, energy. Adjust activities accordingly. Eat iron-rich foods (leafy greens, beans, eggs, meat). Maintain blood sugar, flaxseed to stay regular, get good sleep. Avoid caffeine and alcohol if it affects you.
