Maybe: You may put on a few pounds as your body restores its glycogen. Make sure when you start eating again you drink plenty of water and eat healthy. Don't starve urself : If u don't eat too often and wait too many hours to eat the body will store what it can into lipids=fat cells because it feels it should hibernate. If u eat every 2-3 hours the body feels it needs to burn off the food. How low is low?: Seems to me that exercising 4-5hr/d is a bit excessive. You only need 30min or so to improve your health. As for low calorie diet, it depends upon how low is low.
