What Can I Eat For Breakfast If Fiber Makes Me Feel Bloated
For breakfast every morning I have oatmeal and ground flaxseed for a good year. I took 10 day's off and my bloat is gone. Was it to much fiber?
I feel bloated all the time. I exercise, eat a well balanced diet, lots of fiber vitamins and stay hydrated? I always seem to feel overly bloated?
My last BM was 6 days ago. Since then I've had lots of gas but no stool. I feel bloated and uncomfortable. I eat and drink plenty of fiber and water.

Hydration & Exercise: There are many reasons for relative constipation. Have your md review your current medications for constipation as side effect. Fiber (with enough water) very helpful, and you need to titrate up to full doses or you will get gassy. A healthy, fiber filled diet always good, and don't forget to drink more water. Eat high fiber, healthy diet & lots of fluids & use miralax 2/day. Sometimes the loose stool won't come(constipation) & i get bloated & very nauseated?
