Need a GI workup: No need to panic....can you get to either a good primary doctor interested in GI problems or a good GI specialist? The bleeding may be nothing more than hemorrhoids. Are you sure the bleeding isn't vaginal? The other symptoms again, need to be looked at in the context of activities, age, other symptoms or risk factors. But you need a work up of sorts.
