You need someone to talk to who can help you sort out your feelings and find the good things that can keep you going. Anxiety attacks suck: There are 2or 3 things you can do 1) continue with your techniques but add cognitive refocusing: read a book or journal back to front; count from 100 backward eg. 2) go for cognitive based therapy or any psychotherapy 3) ask dr or therapist for psychiatric referral for psychotropic meds. Anxiety and panic attacks are at peak levels in teens and young adults and should dissapate. For now, seek help. ...Read more

Don't isolate: http://suicidehotlines.com/tennessee.html make sure you do not isolate from people, this will make symptoms worse. Exercise improves symptoms quickly. Bump up your ssri to an snri like venlafaxine er (make sure it is the extended release form.) i don't see Cymbalta (duloxetine) (another snri) have much effect on anyone other than geriatrics.
