How long is the pain: Pain lower back on deep breathing, coughing, bearing down for stool raise concern to r/o spine/disc related problems. If you do gym work ups vigorously, faulty postures.excess wt. lifting etc can cause musculoskeletal strain /sprain which can cause similar pain. Workup: Sounds like you need a good workup for your pain by either a sport's medicine physician, pmr, osteopath, or pain management specialist to work you up and get you appropriate treatment. I'm sixteen and I have a very bad backache. I went for MRI and it says that my soft bone at my lower back is ruptured. What can I do to ease my pain?

Is it your disc?: It sounds like you are describing a ruptured disc, which is the soft disc that separates the bones/vertebrae in your back. This is a common low back injury. If you are not taking any pain meds already, you could try an over the counter anti inflammatory (follow the directions), use an ice pack covered by a towel over the area for 20 min. at a time, and lie on you back with knees bent can help. ...Read more

Keep your diet soft for a few days so that you don't inadvertently pop the blister. If you do, it certainly isn't that bad of a problem except that it will cause some pain. You could also go to planned parenthood as they can give you birth control pills which can reduce cysts. Need more info: There a # of issues that can cause double vision. Did your dr give you any more information? How long have you had the double vision? Did you have imaging of your brain. Depending on the cause will determine what needs to be done. The most common cause is an ischemic event which usually gets better on its own n a few months. Until then if it is bothersome you can try wearing a patch over one eye. ...Read more
