No: Maximum dosing a day is 60 mg and anything greater than 40 mg/day is rarely more effective. Common reaction to adderrall is fast heart rate but being young and having no serious health problems your shouldn't have any adverse effects. ...Read more

The cardiologist would probably do a ekg and/or echocardiogram to decide if you have any structural or heart rhythm problems.
