I have just recovered from bronchitis and sinusitis, however I’ve developed pain in the bottom of my right rib. Coughing, touching or if a move a certain way causes extreme pain. (General standing and sitting I am in no pain.)?

Rib pain: You most likely were having coughing spells while sick and have now strained your intercostal muscles.
They will get better in the next few days. You could take aspirin or such for a few days. If it continues longer or gets worse then you should be seen either by your physician or the emergency department depending on how bad the symptoms are.

Medications: It looks like you're also on seroquel and Klonopin as well as zopiclone -- all of which can increase fatigue. Plus on concerta? Your doctor may be trying to help your depression, and Prozac did not help as hoped. Perhaps the 2 of you need a serious talk about all your medications and their results -- not just Paxil (paroxetine) and prozac. If not seeing a psychiatrist, it's time for a consult.
