Left arm nerve issue: Heart attack symptoms can cause left arm symptoms, but in a young patient without other issues would be very unusual. It also should not be migraine aura unless this has been part of your aura before. Most common cause of: This problem is ulnar neuropathy, a nerve supplying the ring and pinky fingers with adjacent part of the hand. Its normally trapped at the elbow (funny bone area) or at wrist (less commonly). Another possibility is that 2 sides nerves are getting trapped at the neck level.
