Arrythmia/Valve: This could be an intermittent dysrythmia/arrythmia and could also be a heart valve issue (less likley). It could also be dehydration, anxiety and some other more obscure diagnosis. The problem could be in the vestibular apparatus, cranial nerve VIII, or in the brainstem itself. Dizziness and drugs: You should speak to the physician (p) who ordered the Lisinopril about your problem. At the very least, your blood pressure should be checked to make sure it is not too low. If it isn't, you may need some blood work to check your electrolytes and blood count. If you are anemic, that could be the cause of your dizziness. Normally not: Anything is possible but your symptoms suggest that you at least need a GI workup. The vagus nerve is too far away to be directly affected. Are you anemic? If you are regualarly constipated are you sure that it is diarreah and not chyme(liquid processed food)pushing past old stool? Sometimes hypothyroidism can cause chronic constipation.
