Exophytic cyst in the left adnexa likely arising from left ovary. Where is this located? In the fallopian tube? And can it cause blockage on tubes?
Ovarian/paraovarian: The report suggests that the cyst is likely coming off of the left ovary. Exophytic means that it is not contained entirely within the ovary, so not 100% sure it is arising from the ovary. Paraovarian cysts can also be seen arising in the broad ligament between the uterus and ovary.
