Headaches/Cerv disc: Persistent pain deserves an evaluation. Based upon age, i would suspect a disk herniation, or occipital neuralgia causing muscle spasm/tension. This may then create the muscle tension headache scenario. Nsaid's may actually cause headache in some. Try tylenol (acetaminophen). Pursue cervical pt.
