Congratulations: Congratulations on attempting to lose weight! the problem with diets is that they are sometimes unsustainable. If you are eating 1300 calories per day and are not hungry this is a sign that you were maybe overeating before. The best solution is to make long term lifestyle changes. It is OK: It is safe to loose about one pound of weight a week. Do not go on a crash diet because you have to physically and emotionally ready to loose weight and keep it down. Other wise you will gain more as soon as you go off the crash diet. ...Read more
