Depends on severity: If your motion sickness isn't too severe, then try ginger candy (or ginger capsules if you can't stand the taste of ginger!). This works well for some, especially if the symptoms are mild. If you have pretty severe motion sickness, then my medication of choice is zofran (ondansetron). It is fairly non sedating, unlike other over the counter and prescription meds. It can be prescribed by your doctor. ...Read more
